Human resources Development by conducting, various seminars, Technical workshop, inplant training, group discussion etc.

Personal Carrier :- I have started my carrier as a Civil Engineer and Completed the following assignments project planning Control & execution and administration of :-

  • Co – op Life Irrigation Scheme (35 Units) on River TAPI. Irrigation 36000 acres of Agri, land.
  • Co-op Spining Mill at Shahada, Civil Construction Cost Rs. 3020 Crores.
  • Poojya Sane Guruji Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s, Collage at Shahada Civil Construction Cost Rs. 3.20 Crores.
  • Co-op Kisan Starch Mfg. Society Ltd. Dhule Civil Construction cost Rs. 7.80 Crores.
  • Similarly the construction of by product. Units asd mentioned in “Company Profile”. Civil Construction cost Rs. 9.00 Crores.

Specific Experience : During the rainy season – RIVER TAPI is flooded with water and there was carry over of fine sand to the intake well. Intake pipe & jack well. These sand particles were causing severe damage to the impeller of the vertical turbo pump resulting in frequent maint of pump by doing several steadies at site and changes in the location of gate. Problem was over come successfully.( Period 1983 – 86).
